This season, my main goal is to qualify for the 2025 World Championships in Tokyo and improve my 1500m personal best from 3:36 to 3:33.

今シーズンの目標は2025東京世界陸上に国を代表して出場することと、1500mの自己ベストを3:33に短縮することです。

I’m training with full focus and commitment to reach this target and represent South Sudan and all our supporters with pride on the world stage.

私はこの目標を達成し、南スーダンと私たちのすべてのサポーターを誇りを持って世界の舞台で代表するために、全力で集中してトレーニングに取り組んでいます。

I sincerely thank our supporters and donors whose belief in us makes this journey possible. Your continued support is vital, and I’m committed to making every effort count—both for myself and for the future of South Sudanese athletics and also for the Sharks team.
